"Free speech isn't a suggestion. Sorry, spooks. You lose. And Fuck you for trying.
The gov't has blown any credibility they ever had. Skanks like this aren't going after Russian or Chinese propaganda. They're going after homeland political opponents, mainly white Christians. That completely blows the narrative that they are out for national security. National security starts at the border... which is still suspiciously WIDE OPEN.
This begs the question, if the gov't refuses to do their job and instead attacks their own people, why have a gov't at all? Constitutional amendment to end the DC gov't and cancel all debt. It's legal and easy... just a vote of the states. The states become independent nations. Since they already have duplicates of every federal agency, fedgov is 100% waste anyway."-StarManZZZzzz

@tex I don't think it is that clear. The way this bill is written (poorly), it also affects U.S. Citizens and entities.
Look at section 11:
"SEC. 11. PENALTIES.
(a) U A.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—It shall be unlawful for a person to violate, attempt to violate,
conspire to violate, or cause a violation of any regulation, order, direction, mitigation
measure, prohibition, or other authorization or directive issued under this Act, including
any of the unlawful acts described in paragraph (2)."
So...
Theoretically if someone in some other country downloads a TikTok video in their country, where accessing TikTok is not illegal on this proposed legislation, and then uploads it here to twpter.com we could be held liable for violation of this law, because the user (in the government's opinion) used our social media platform to evade the prohibition on info coming from TikTok
Also, what about tracking code snippets? How can the government track where all that meta data is going and who has access to it offline?

I think you are overreacting to this partner.
I read that bill, and from what I can see, this pretty much only affects internet services provided by companies from specific adversary countries of the United States.

Total authoritarian bullshit being pushed by law makers who are apparently corrupt and fearful of #WeThePeople and seek to destroy #FreeSpeech and criticism of the failing federal government that no longer serves our interests or represents us.
This bill is being presented as a means to ban TiKTok (which is something that would be beneficial, due to it's ownership by #China / the CCP) but in typical government fashion it goes MUCH too far and results in a draconian government power grab that threatens the soul of freedom in this country.

PDF: Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats that Risk Information and Communications Technology Act or the RESTRICT Act - S.686 — 118th Congress (2023-2024)
Apparently Senator Mark R. Warner of Virginia
wants to turn the Internet and the United States of America into a
#TechnocraticOligarchy with levels of #Censorship previously only inflicted on citizens of North Korea and #China
This bill is BAD and it would be the end of #FreeSpeech on the internet if it became law.
I think we are finally seeing the conclusion of the "American Experiment", Freedom of speech in modern America, dies if this bill becomes law.
This law would be so vague and so powerful at the same time, that pretty much any speech the government does not like (as decided by secret committees) could result in $1 million fine and 20 years in prison for violators.

I don't agree with you about your Jewish Oligarch conspiracy theory regarding the privatization and sell-off of the former Soviet Union's industrial base. Many of the Russian Oligarchs were not Jewish, and much of the machinery & capital that got bought up went to Europe and Asia.
However, I will agree with you on Mexico looking to team up with #Russia and #China .
Say what you want about Mexico, but they are not stupid south of the border, and they can see the global winds of change, and the fact that the global community is moving away from a uni-polar world where the United States was the worlds strongest super-power.
Make no mistake that China is now at the cusp of surpassing the United States, and India is rising too, along with Russia.

What a coincidence.... Just 4 months before what is being described as the "American Chernobyl", a program for digital ID, very similar to the one #KlausSchwab from the #WEF was talking about
https://www.weforum.org/agenda/digital-identity/
was being rolled out in the little Ohio town of East Palestine, how convenient, as residents are likely to have serious health problems because of the deadly chemicals that were released in the train wreck.

and residents are requesting FEMA Housing / Camps:

This is some scary Orwellian shit.
The #WEF true to their goals of what could be best described as #TechnocraticOligarchy are now promoting the use of ear buds and other wearable devices that can monitor brain waves and detect the wearer's emotional state, the focus of their attention, who knows what else, after they collect enough of sample data and analyze it with powerful computers and AI.
Nothing good will come from this. All the "pluses" they are trying to sell with this technology does not negate the fact that this technology and level of monitoring of people's brain activity in real time, will only be used for #Tyranny , the enforcement of group-think, and the punishment of "wrong-think".
With use of this intrusive technology, you don't even have freedom of thought in your own head. Don't even let this get a foothold in society, it has completely evil outcomes.

I am not fully understanding what has transpired in this conversation preceding the State of the Union speech on Feb 07, 2023 in the house of American congress.
To best of my understanding it is appearing that the gentleman speaking to president #Biden is offering to introduce his 4 year old daughter to the American president (with or without supervision of parents) in exchange for access to #Whitehouse and political consideration.
#Corruption much?
When this is being done in open air, how will we in #Russia ever get Kompromat on American Politicians and Heads of State? Nothing is for taboo to Americans anymore. 🤦♂️

Dudes, if this is supposed to be some PSYOP to make the "Normie" #Americans afraid of #China spying on the United States, I think it's pretty unconvincing, when you consider Joe #Biden 's son's involvement in what appears to be wholesale espionage for the Chinese Communist party.

The Covid Lockdowns were a practice run for the bullshit #ClimateChange lockdowns that the #WEF #elites in #Davos are planning next.
People, if you do not make a stand on this type of #Tyranny , like this brave business owner did in Virginia, then we will all lose our freedoms and live with the boot of government oppression on our necks for the rest of our lives.

Какая причудливая и очаровательная патриотическая русская песня, у этой барышни светлое будущее в российской телевизионной индустрии.
I grew up in a wonderful place
I write my best song about it
Oh-oh-oh, golden fields
Eh-eh-eh, endless seas
Kuban is the breadbasket of Russia,
Kuban is the pearl of Russia,
I sincerely believe and will assure you, if there is paradise in the world, this is it.
Krasnodar region is a paradise
Krasnodar Territory is a generous harvest,
Krasnodar Territory - luxury resorts,
Its arms are always open for you.
On the way to the sea, I’ll buy watermelons,
we’re eating corn on the beach,
Then - I'll look at the red sun and once again I will sincerely say:
if there is paradise in the world, it is Krasnodar Territory

A tale about the downside of conformity.
Asians, particularly the Japanese have a very ordered society that highly values conformity and "Going along to get along".
We Americans have a very different view on this.
This comes to light recently especially in the case of the hysteria surrounding the #COVID19
#scamdemic and the enormous peer pressure imposed by our government and governments around the world as well as #MainstreamMedia , to push people to take an experimental #VACCINE for which the #BigPharma companies that produced it, were given immunity from product liability in the event it caused adverse reactions, including death.
Critical thinking skills are survival skills. We live under a government that is corrupt and does not have our best interests in mind.

Yo @sluggo and @WarPriest and you too @phoneguy and @cali
What you whitebread crackers don't understand is that you mofos are just as much a slave on this plantation called #America as us #Niggaz was in 1861
It don't matter if #GOP or #DNC in charge, they just like the difference between Mr. Jones & Mr. Johnson in this little story.
You think with yo high ideas of this plantation's "Constitution" and it's "Age Enlightenment" Bullshit you worship, that it makes you free?
Go ahead use yo #FreeSpeech to actually make shit happen up in this place, and they be lockin you ass up, that is, if the #FBI don't cap yo ass first.
You motha fuckers are the ones who are delusional.
Ya'll need to free ya'll's minds, because the only place ya'll have freedom is in your fuckin minds.
We all on still on the plantation and some stupid memes with Jefferson or Milton or even MLK don't make a nigga (or whitey) free.

@Larry I never really forgot about the overwhelming evidence that the #CIA funds #MiddleEast #Terrorism / "Terrorist groups" with our tax dollars; I just got out of the habit of thinking about it as a "first thought".
This recent change in "fear gears" back to the "old reliable standby" of mid-east terrorism, definitely signals that the government is trying to distract us from some other issue; I'll bet my bottom dollar on that.

OF COURSE THIS IS MORE FEAR MONGERING !!!
It's well established that the #CIA has been funding #MiddleEast #Terrorism / "Terrorist groups", this goes back decades. Here is a rather recent example:

I guess it's time to change "Fear Gears" again, the #COVID19 #scamdemic fear is waning and most people don't believe the US Government would be stupid enough to instigate an all out war with #Russia in #Ukraine , so why not bring back the old reliable #MiddleEast #Terrorism brand of fear mongering.
People aren't gonna scare themselves you know.
It's actually kind of a relief in a way. The average American is FAR more likely to be killed or injured by a drunk driver while driving home on a Friday or Saturday night, than from some act of Al Qaeda / Jihadi inspired terrorism.
The only thing I'm really worried about is my own government using the specter of "Al Qaeda" as an excuse to implement more #TechnocraticOligarchy and a larger #SurveillanceState in addition to more TSA harassment at the airport. #ArchivePDF

In response to Assistant Secretary for Health and honorary four-star admiral, Rachel Levine's (formerly known as Richard Levine) Recent comments and specifically HIS Calls For:
"Tech Companies To Control "Misinformation" On Gender Affirming Care"
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/rachel-levine-calls-tech-companies-control-minsinformation-gender-affirming-care
Twpter.com will officially endorse this twpt by @Quoteman and will further state:
Levine is obviously mentally ill and HIS appointment to this high government position, is indicative of the degeneracy and moral bankruptcy of the United States Government.
We are not going to affirm this person's mental illness as a legitimate "gender", and twpter will not censor anyone who criticizes Mr. Levine, or any other person who identifies as "Trans" or whatever other gender dysphoric condition being promoted by the US Government.
We hope that someday Mr. Levine (and others suffering as he does) receives the Psychiatric care that they desperately require.

is a poster boy for the degeneracy and moral bankruptcy of the United States Government.
The fact that the United States Government endorses this person and their mental illness by promoting them to this office of "Assistant Secretary for Health" is an attempt normalize gender dysphoria and elevate it to levels of respectability in the mind of the public.
These actions by the government are doing psychological harm to impressionable children of this nation and weakening the moral fiber of our society.
And to the people of my tribe who are pushing this degeneracy on the western world, I ask: What do you hope to accomplish with this?

I apologize for having RT present this news story.
Government of America in Washington is completely incapable of telling lies to American people. All Americans are knowing that their government has 100% transparency.🙄
I have just discovered that China has provided FSB this fake news that speaks of American #FBI conspiracy theory to censor largest social media platforms with most influences in world.
In future I will have FSB reject fake news from China.
Americans should fully trust FBI and all organs of American State Security.

Let's set the record straight here about the LEGALITY OF RACISM. The following quote is taken directly from the #DOJ website:
"Under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, people cannot be prosecuted simply for their beliefs. People may be offended or upset about beliefs that are untrue or based upon false stereotypes, but it is not a crime to express offensive beliefs, or to join with others who share such views."
So in closing I would like to say:

This is an interesting question to ask about slavery in the United States.
I will put it further to say that slavery wasn't really abolished in the United States of America, it only changed forms.
The 13th Amendment to the bill of rights of US constitution, ratified on December 6, 1865 abolishes the sort of slavery that involves the visible whips and chains.
Some 48 years later, the 16th Amendment to the US constitution, ratified February 3, 1913 establishes Congresses's right to impose a Federal Income tax. Imposing the sort of slavery that involves the taking of a man's labor through less visible means.
As this video points out, if someone has claim to your time and labor, you are their slave.
So in reality, the United States of America did not abolish slavery, in 1865, they simply reformed it in 1913 to involve tax forms and wage withholding, instead of whips and chains.

PDF: Former White House ‘Disinformation Czar’ Nina Jankowicz Registers as Foreign Agent - and related documents
What an interesting turn of events.
One would think if #DHS really put the "Disinformation Governance Board" on "Pause", and that Ms. Jankowicz was such a valuable asset to that agency that they would want to retain her in some capacity within the U.S. Government
https://www.dhs.gov/news/2022/08/24/following-hsac-recommendation-dhs-terminates-disinformation-governance-board
Apparently this is not the case and Ms. Jankowicz is pursuing "other employment opportunities" which require her to Register with DOJ as Foreign Agent.
One has to wonder, if the "Disinformation Governance Board" is really just going covert as a private multinational corporation, so as to afford the highest levels of "plausible deniability" for the repugnant actions of this cabal in their obvious efforts to curtail the free speech of American citizens, and now #UK citizens.

Smart phones are THE number 1 threat to personal privacy, and the quality of life in American society.
These devices are the single biggest contributor to the NSA's data stream, and allow governments around the world to feel safe in oppressing their people, without fear of reprisal, and not representing their interests in government. Governments, know that they can get away with running roughshod over the rights of the people, because they know exactly what is on people's minds at any given time, by their smartphone / internet usage & metadata, and can shape people's opinions with highly targeted ads.

People: Smart phones have got to be the worst thing for society EVER and are responsible for so much harm, dumbing people down, time wasting, and empowering & expanding the
#SurveillanceState and allowing the #elite to have undue influence over the masses.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS and doing everything you can to limit your smartphone / smart device use, or getting rid of it all-together, and getting a basic flip-style phone that only does voice calls and limited texting.
A man after my own heart - This guy definitely nails the evils of smartphones and compiles it into a witty, encompassing video compilation and monologue.

Blaring conflicts of interest here when hospitals are making crazy profits on Gender Reassignment surgery on adults and now CHILDREN !!
When is this insanity going to end, when are we as a society going to wake up from this dystopian nightmare that encourages children to make permanent, life altering choices that they are likely to regret in the future.
This country is going to be loaded with surgically mutilated, mentally ill freaks who are even worse off when they get older.
We as a society have collectively lost our minds, if this is being done to children in the name of #Science and medicine, and is being supported by government policy.
For a long time in #America we have had to put up with expensive #Healthcare and collusion between
#BigPharma #WallStreet doctors hospitals and other major players in the industry.
However, lately as shown by medical establishment's lockstep participation with government #COVID mandates and profiting from the government's financial incentives to inflate #COVID19 numbers, the Healthcare industry is exposing itself as an entity who's primary concern is not the well being of it's patients or their health; but as a pure profit making machine with no scruples or limit to their depravity.
#WeThePeople need to protect ourselves from this predatory and misguided industry. People really need to be responsible for their own health and well being, you rely on the healthcare establishment to do anything except attempt to maximize their profits.
Stay healthy and safe people, eat right, stay active and get exercise and severely limit your reliance on for-profit healthcare providers.

This is pretty much 70+ years of #American global fuckery and manipulation via the US Dollar summed up nicely in a nutshell.
I'm actually surprised they were able to keep this shitshow going as long as they did, but like the line in the song:

Gentlemen,
When your religion is based on a Jewish Text it is inevitable that the descendants of those authors, even though they are many generations removed, will be able to "correct" you on your interpretations and use of these texts.
This is why during Soviet times, we in #Russia dispensed with all theologies and replaced them with secular religion and the cult of Lenin and Marx.
My advice to you, is to start your own religion to further the interests of your nation and create unity of your people that is free from outside propaganda and manipulation.

Hey @Quoteman and @cali I got a quote for you and your kike brethren.
" 'Hate symbol' is a Jewish category of the mind (...as opposed to a category of reality). The purpose of trying to categorize, in your mind, something as embodying 'hate', is to get you to treat it as taboo, blasphemous, criminal so that symbols, language and thought itself can be censored. Anything that threatens Jewish power and supremacism is, therefore, 'hate'. " - Typhus4Yids

@cali that video you mentioned is pretty informative, and except for that bit about JFK being assassinated over silver certificates, which has been debunked a long time ago.
So I am going to re-post it here so it is easier to find.
It's NOT anti-Semitic to state the obvious truth that Jews control much of the banking industry, and it's not too hard to see how going off the gold standard and relying on fiat currency created by central banks can destroy a nation's sovereignty and private ownership of land and reduce a free people to slaves of the banking cartel.

@Quoteman I am not denying the Holocaust, to do so would let you kikes off the hook for what really made the Holocaust happen.
Hitler and his beer hall buddies didn't get a mandate and overwhelming support from the German people to do what they did to Jews because devout Christians were holding a New Testament grudge about Jews killing our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
This event was the German people fighting back against the Spiritual, Psychological and Financial warfare being perpetrated by Jews upon the people of every country they occupy in large enough numbers.
I will concede that the #Shoah killed a lot of innocent Jews, who were probably good citizens like the middle class Jews that @cali wrote of. Unfortunately the #Multinational #elites and the #PrivateJetPeople (of the day) had the means to escape Germany & #Nazi occupied territories at the first hint that their "gig" was up, leaving those innocent or far less guilty Jews to die in their stead in Auschwitz and Treblinka.

@Quoteman I think our friend @WarPriest needs to make a distinction about which subculture of Jews he really has a "beef" with. I am not sure he understands that a large number of Jews in America are conservative, hard-working #MiddleClass shlubs who do not have direct ties to, nor any intention of emigrating to #Israel
They aren't the #Woke #Liberal militant protesters & #BLM organizers or #ACLU attorneys that are pushing an agenda of moral turpitude that is giving rise to characters like Brother Nathanael, the self hating Jew who apparently converted into an Orthodox Christian priest flirting with #Nazi ideology.
No, the typical American Jew is working to build their American Dream,to put down roots, raise their families, and just live their lives like everyone else. We vote republican & we want a better country for our children.
@WarPriest 's beef is really with #PrivateJetPeople ,the #elite #Multinational & #WEF & #Davos crowds, some of them happen to be Jews, some not. Don't put all Jews in the same basket.

@cali Brother, this is how I see it:
Matthew 7:16-20
16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?
17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

As far as I am concerned: There is no "Hostile Foreign Power" like #China , #Russia or ideology like "Communism" or some "Jihadi state" that is doing the sort of serious harm to our nation that our OWN FUCKING POLITICIANS and our own CORRUPT Financial and political systems and US sourced (come to be #Multinational ) corporations are doing to the
American people, specifically the working middle class and everything that made this country "great".
You & yours ultimately serve and protect the same #Multinational #Globalist entities that seek to crush the #MiddleClass in #America and around the world and usher in a #TechnocraticOligarchy and neo-fuedalism.
Yeah, we should all "Own nothing and be happy" while you try to recruit the brightest & the best to wage a psychological war to destroy #WeThePeople using our OWN TAX DOLLARS.

Yes, this country has definitely gone too far to the left with all of this #Woke #WEF #Globalist #Transhumanist influence in our popular culture and our government, and as a result, our future as a nation is in peril.
However, your calls to go just as far in the opposite direction towards #Religion / The religious right has been done before.
What? You don't remember this:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dixie_Chicks_controversy
You think the left invented #CancelCulture ?
While the #Woke left & #LGBT freaks in #Disney and the #MainstreamMedia want to groom your kids into pedophile fodder, the Religious right wants to groom your kids into cannon fodder to fight for #oil in the #MiddleEast
See Jesus Camp 2006 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0486358/
on the DVD, Special Features, Deleted Scenes, 9. Off to Iraq
This was a common sentiment in some circles at the time.

@cali So what is wrong with returning to the teachings of the #bible and Christianity?
You see where all of this #Woke #WEF #Globalist #Transhumanist has gotten this country.
We can't go wrong and be led astray by the Jewish #Kosher Pedophile #PrivateJetPeople if we follow scripture.
Revelation 11:15
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

I went and looked up "abridge" using Google's dictionary service to find out the exact meaning of the word "abridge", and this is what I got. . .
"
1. shorten (a piece of writing) without losing the sense. "the introduction is abridged from the author's afterword to the novel"
2. LAW
curtail (a right or privilege).
"even the right to free speech can be abridged"
" - Google Dictionary
It certainly looks like they are trying to normalize the idea that speech is something that should be abridged and controlled.
Something to think about for sure.

These people like Nina Jankowicz, in essence, want nothing less than to abridge the first Amendment, (free Speech) have the government be the arbiters of the truth, and to criminalize speech that does not conform to what the government decides is truth, and / or is acceptable dissenting speech. We truly live on the precipice of dangerous times.
Direct quote from the "authoritarian, deranged Ms. Poppins" (Nina Jankowicz) here herself.
" And I shudder to think about if free speech absolutists were taking over more platforms. . . We need the platforms to do more, and we frankly need law enforcement and or legislatures to do more as well. " - Nina Jankowicz, NPR Interview, April 16, 2022

This guy may seem to be dry and stodgy, but he is old-school and British, so don't hold it against him. However, he presents excellent, classic editorial "style" journalism and hard hitting, well spoken analysis of current events.
Some of this video is for a #UK audience, but it is largely relevant to #Americans as the #Globalist cabal is out to oppress all of us and transcends national borders.

Many Americans don't understand why we in Russia threw away this cultural rubbish in 1991. This is what happens when you take things from trash cans of other people and attempt to recycle that which was broken and not working.
Of course, our institution of #Marxist theory was mostly economic in nature, so it has only mostly destroyed #Russia 's economy, not the family structure and values of Russia, as it has in the west.

@sluggo I am impressed, I really have to give credit where credit is due. When you first came to twpter.com a year ago and started spouting off common anti-Semitic tropes, I just thought that you were another ignorant, bigoted small minded racist who got kicked off of Twitter and was looking for a new social media home with us here on Twpter.com .
However, I can clearly see that you have upped your game and have started providing well thought out criticisms and arguments supported by objective, authoritative, empirical evidence to back up your apparently biased claims. (referring to your scathing criticism of India, Indian Americans, and their major religion: Hindu)
Now I have a new dilemma: Can I really still call you a bigoted, small minded racist if you can back up your claims with empirical evidence, #Science and accurate historical references, or do I need to consider you a persecuted scholar of an unpopular topic of study that does not conform to the #Woke agenda?

This analysis really gets to the heart of the global political divide, and particularly the American political divide.
This is the ultimate battle for the soul and intellect of man: #Religion vs. #Science
There needs to be a recognized and accepted middle ground here or things are going to get pretty bad for everyone in the near future.
On one side we return to the dark ages of theocracy and ruled by comforting mysticism and superstition, on the the other we become transhuman "meat bots" in a shiny new world, part of a collective hive and mind ruled by Artificial Intelligence.

Although this video was compiled and produced by a religious organization in Ireland for an Irish audience, it speaks volumes about the extreme ideological and theological dichotomy in #American politics and the lack of a moderate political middle ground that truly represents the interests of the working #MiddleClass .
On one side of the political spectrum you have the #Woke #BlackRock & #WEF led #Globalist #Multinational #TechnocraticOligarchy with their #Transhumanist agenda that wants to hack people's brains with internet connected microchips and placate humanity with video games and mind altering drugs.
On the other side you have the #bible thumping #Christianity based religious zealots who want to throw out the theory of evolution, modern medicine and most Science, return to medieval style faith healing, and use the book of Revelation as a government policy making tool.
