Fixed SCID link name generator algorithm to generate correct link to send to copy box on hash tag pages and user feed pages. Previously the link generator algorithm was only configured for regular comment pages.

System Glitch identified: Replies on Hash Tag pages being recorded in comment log but not displaying.

Changed log entry protocol for hash tag pages to log all replies made on other pages as level Zero comments on the hash tag page.
However, replies made to all comments on hash tag pages will still have their Reply Level preserved and identified.

The new comment logging disk storage format / protocol has been instituted without unexpected issues.
Unintended deletion of a few older comments due to incompatibility with the new format appears to be strictly limited to REPLIES, level 1 and higher. Very few level 0 comments were deleted in the process.

Comments will be accessible by registered users from both twpter and TrueWorldPolitics and other websites where the twpter engine is integrated.
However, independently Logging on to each website running the twpter comment engine may be required unless a global cookie is established for universal user sessions. #sysop

and properly "escaping" quote marks to avoid code injection

System test: problem of portions of text in middle of comment not appearing on comment display, but saved in system comment text file. Initially cause was thought to be malfunction of link parsing script. However, it now appears to do with parsing of line breaks (br) and (br space and forward slash) versions. Possible use of shift key when pressing enter key to make a line break in comment may introduce disallowed characters that can not be properly parsed and prevent text display between them
