Well that makes sense. Why would you cook #Food on a plastic surface? Everybody knows that plastic gives off toxic fumes when you heat it up. Cast Iron can be just as non-stick as anything else if you season the pan first with peanut oil. Stainless steel, glass and ceramic cookware aren't that much harder to clean.
If a recipe calls for a non-stick pan, either substitute the pan, or ditch the recipe, its just not worth the risk of sucking up all those toxic chemicals from Teflon, Silicon and other non-stick coatings. 🍽️🍳⚗️🧪🤢🤮

Who would have known... Popcorn is a healthy snack for kids, but microwave popcorn is not because of the toxic chemicals used to make the bag you cook it in. Worst of all, you will never see these toxic chemicals listed in the ingredients, because they are part of the packaging, not the food.
