I will agree with you there about "Emotional Intelligence" being nonsense that has no place in the measurement of intelligence but I would not say that women are useless.
Women are very useful in a home setting and are well suited to cooking, cleaning, making babies and nurturing children, this is about the extent of their usefulness and where they excel in life skills.
The reason they need made up measurements like "Emotional Intelligence" to make them feel better about their emotion driven psychology, is indeed the fault of radical feminists who told them back in the 60's that they (women) are equal to men in every way, when it is obvious this is not the case and this resulting cognitive dissonance only leads to failure, feelings of inferiority and of course the uncontrollable rage women seem predisposed to lately.

The family court system should be abolished and those involved punished severely (judges and attorneys), forced to pay lifelong reparations for all the lives they've destroyed and damaged out of pure greed and lack of morality. Their homes, cars, bank accounts, etc. should be liquidated and given to the families they helped destroy.
The court system has demonstrated time and again they are systematically corrupt in every avenue of the law. Judges are chosen not because they are just, but because they will perpetuate the system and keep the machine chugging along.

‘What,’ wrote the contemporary historian, Ibn Bessam, ‘have the professions of clerk, tax-collector or preacher to do with women? These occupations have always been limited to men alone. ’ Many women practised law, while others obtained posts as university professors.
There was an agitation for the appointment of female judges, which, however, does not appear to have succeeded. Soon after this period, government and public order collapsed, and foreign invaders overran the country.
